The State Auditor's Office is excited to introduce a new Exit Survey System as part of our ongoing efforts to streamline processes and enhance functionality. This updated system will go live September 1, 2025.

Which Link Should You Use?

To ensure accurate processing during the transition, please use the link that matches your separation date (the last day you physically worked or were on the agency’s payroll -- not the CAPPS termination date):

If you voluntarily separated on or before August 31, 2025, click here:
