Course Description

‘Red Flags’ is the commonly used term for indicators in transactions and behaviors that draw out attention and require our action. And the beauty is that the same flags are used by both auditors and managers – bringing quick problem detection value to both groups.

In this program we will focus 100% on the skills, analyses, techniques and auditing tools required to find those red flags, symptoms & other in records and behaviors auditors and managers see every day. Together we’ll use the power of Critical Thinking and Root Cause Analysis to build and share lists of red flags in our work. Then we’ll build a bridge from what looks strange, odd or curious over to what to do next.
