Course Description
Auditor interviewing, presentation & influence skills all have one thing in common: they are the technical skills used to gather input, deliver findings, seek solutions, and influence action. As a result, mastery of these ‘soft skills’ is essential for audit project success.
In this workshop-format program, we’ll divide the day equally into three interconnected sections: (1) Interviewing & listening skills, (2) speaking and presentation skills, (3) audit finding and recommendation action influence skills. We’ll surface the gaps between expectations and abilities, and build personalized steps to close those gaps. Participants will build confidently on their current skills while they explore how to recognize and destroy the limiting habits we all have.
Course Objectives
