Course Description

This two-day "hands on” course will focus on writing selected specific agency technical documents in an audit environment.  Participants will learn how to break down writing projects into smaller, more manageable tasks.


Potential CPE Credits: 16.0
Technical Hours: This class meets 16.0 CPE credits of technical training in compliance with Texas Admin. Code Rule 523.102.

  • Writing Lab:  During the afternoon of Day 2, participants plan and write or revise a workplace document.  They will edit and proofread the document as well as engage in a structured peer review.  The instructor is available to provide individual feedback and coaching.
