Course Description
‘Customer Service’ and ‘Customer Experience’ are related but not identical business concepts. Customer Service is the bottom-line foundation of ensuring that the management customer, client, business partner or auditee get what they are expecting. But Customer Experience goes far beyond that Service starting point and addresses how the customer ‘feels’ about the Experience.
In this first time ever program, we’ll draw from Shep Hyken’s book “Be Amazing or Go Home” – and we’ll relate it all to the Audit Service business environment. After laying out the road map for Amazing! Audits – Every Time, we’ll work together through five ‘what if’ scenario exercises. Result: an action list for elevating your own audit and general management efforts to the Amazing! Level every time.
Course Objectives
• Understand the core actions of creating an Amazing Auditing Experience – on every project
• Recognize the 10 benchmarks of “Amazing Auditor Presence”
• Explore how to use clear anchoring emails, handout agendas, & meeting opening statements to set expectations, build rapport & pre-sell action
• Discover why ‘it has to be their idea, on their terms’
• Analyze whether ‘low expectations’ about being audited is valid from their Point of View
• Discover why asking for only a single first step action is the key to offsetting inertia and the ‘status quo’
