Independent Auditor’s Report on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards
We have audited the consolidated financial statements of the governmental activities, the business-type activities, each major fund, and the aggregate discretely presented component units and remaining fund information of the State of Texas, as of and for the year ended August 31, 2022, and have issued our report thereon dated February 22, 2023, which contained an unmodified opinion on those consolidated financial statements.
In our opinion, the schedule of expenditures of federal awards is fairly stated in all material respects in relation to the consolidated financial statements as a whole.
